The Midweek Reset

University life can feel overwhelming, and sometimes you just need a moment to recharge. The Midweek Reset is a weekly virtual mindfulness session designed to help you find calm, clarity, and focus in the middle of your week.

Join us for:

  • Short guided mindfulness practices
  • Simple breathing exercise
  • A supportive space to reconnect with yourself
