Our wellbeing workshops and group sessions are here to support you with practical strategies for managing stress, staying on track, and looking after your wellbeing throughout the semester.

Thrive Through Thesis

Writing a thesis can feel like a marathon but you don’t have to run it alone. Thrive Through Thesis is a casual, supportive space for PhD students to share experiences, strategies, boost motivation, and maintain wellbeing throughout the research journey.
