Support and advice

There is a range of IT support available to you including the IT Service Desk, eLab staff and these IT services pages.

Whether you’ve forgotten your password, having trouble getting onto ECU network or want to know more about the IT services available to support your study, we can help.

If you need help with printing please contact the Fuji Xerox contact centre on 1800 800 346.

IT Service Desk

The IT Service Desk can help with all your ECU related technology questions and log any IT issues.

You can email itservicedesk@ecu.edu.au or phone +61 8 6304 6000 the team however if your query is urgent you are best calling the team during opening hours.

To assist you as quick as possible, please have your Student ID on hand.

During semester, IT support services are available at the following times. Please note that service hours may be subject to seasonal variation.

Monday to Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday
7.00am – 10.00pm 7.00am – 7.00pm  8.00am – 5.00pm

eLab counters

For over the counter support relating to computer facilities, visit us at one of the eLabs. The hours below relate to counter support times only. The eLabs can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by swipe access with your student card.

Due to reduced staffing over the ESSP, delays may be experienced on non urgent requests.

Full services will resume on Wednesday, 8 January 2020.
