Student Success are here to assist you with a smooth transition to university and help you to stay on track with your studies so you reach your full potential at ECU. This includes:
International students must strive, at all times, to complete their studies within the completion date as specified on their Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).
This means you are generally required to enrol in 60 credit points in each compulsory semester (Semester 1 and Semester 2). If you are considering studying less than 60 credit points in a semester, you will need to have approval from a Student Success Officer, before you withdraw from any units.

A Student Success Officer might call you to see how you are going, but you can always make a time to talk with someone when you want.

Student Success Officers support all students (domestic and international onshore), whether you’re studying on campus or online. Appointments are available face-to-face, via phone or online. Book an appointment at a time that suits you with a Student Success Officer.
We are located in the Student Hub on Joondalup and Mt Lawley campuses. We visit the South West Campus throughout the year.

Kurongkurl Katitjin is ECU’s Centre for Indigenous Australian Education and Research. Our Student Success Team are responsible for providing dedicated support and guidance to ECU’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.
