Formal Complaint and Grievance Procedures

ECU ensures that all complaints made by you are resolved fairly, promptly and at the most appropriate level within the University.

You should refer to the Complaints Resolution and Integrity page for information on how to proceed if you feel you need to lodge a formal Complaint , Grievance, Misconduct or Safety Incident.
