Security officers are trained to a Senior First Aid level and will respond to your call 24 hours a day. They will be supported by staff from the ECU Health Service where available. Security Services do not have the resources to convey persons to hospital or home but will assist you to make these arrangements.
If you are unwell or injured after hours, please contact one of our partner providers and they will assist you with an after-hours and urgent care consultation, a home visit, or a telehealth consultation.
