Your ECU login account password must be changed every 90 days.
You can do this at any time using MyLOGIN which can also be reached via the Student Portal.
If you don’t change your password in time, your account will lock and you’ll no longer be able to access many ECU systems, including the Student Portal.
You can unlock your account yourself provided you know your login ID.
In addition to your Login ID, you will be prompted to answer three challenge questions correctly for the system to allow you to proceed.
To reset your password, please visit MyLOGIN and follow the prompts.
If you continue to experience problems, have encountered and issue using MyLOGIN, forgotten your login details, challenge questions and/or answers, please contact the IT Service Desk so we can reset your password.
Please be aware that you’ll be required to answer some security questions for identification purposes.
