Unplugged: Taking Back Control from Problematic Porn Use

Has your pornography use started to feel like it’s more in control of you than the other way around? If it is impacting your focus, or daily life, you’re not alone. This presentation will unpack the difference between healthy and problematic pornography use where the key factors are intention and choice. We’ll explore how occasional use can shift into a cycle of compulsive viewing, and more importantly, how to break that cycle with practical, evidence-based strategies.
