Self-care is likely a familiar concept to many of you – it’s all over TikTok and Instagram. But even with all that content, it can still be hard to figure out how to make self-care part of your real, everyday life. This session unpacks what self-care actually is and why it matters, and offers some practical steps to help you find what works for you.
