Don’t Burn Out! Understanding chronic stress and how to manage.

Do you ever feel burnt out? Or like you might be burning out? Then this online workshop is for you. It is placed to occur during the mid-semester break, as students often notice how over-stressed they are around this time of semester.

What will be covered:

  1. What is burnout?
  2. Why it’s helpful to prevent burnout
  3. Burnout risk factors – what are yours?
  4. Strategies for managing (note: it’s more than just de-stressing!)
