Wellbeing Programs

Starting a new semester can bring a mix of excitement and pressure – from managing deadlines to staying balanced and motivated.

Our wellbeing workshops and group sessions are here to support you with practical strategies for managing stress, staying on track, and looking after your wellbeing throughout the semester. You can also see workshops offered by the Access and Inclusion team here.

Thrive Through Thesis

Writing a thesis can feel like a marathon but you don’t have to run it alone. Thrive Through Thesis is a casual, supportive space for PhD students to share experiences, strategies, boost motivation, and maintain wellbeing throughout the research journey.

The Midweek Reset

University life can feel overwhelming, and sometimes you just need a moment to recharge. The Midweek Reset is a weekly virtual mindfulness session designed to help you find calm, clarity, and focus in the middle of your week.
