All consultations provided by the Student Health Service are strictly confidential.
It is the policy of this practice to maintain the security of your personal health information at all times and to ensure that your information is only available to authorised members of staff.
Student Health Services has developed a policy that complies with privacy legislation and the National Privacy Principles.
You will be requested to read and sign a "Patient Health Information Form" at the time of your first consultation with a Student Health Services Doctor or Nursing staff.
Comments and enquiries regarding the service can be directed to the Manager, Student Health Services.
If you have a problem we would like to hear from you. Please feel free to talk to your doctor or receptionist. You may prefer to write to the Manager of the Student Health Services or use our suggestion box.
