Curious about how agentic AI is being used in industry and what it could mean for your future career?

Join IBM in the CreatorsLAB for an interactive workshop exploring how organisations are using Generative AI, copilots, and AI agents to automate work, boost productivity, and move faster than ever before.

This session goes beyond everyday AI prompts to look at what’s happening inside real workplaces today. You’ll see how professionals are using chatbots and agents to manage inboxes, generate reports, coordinate tasks, and support decision‑making and how tools like Microsoft Copilot 365 are embedded across modern organisations.

You don’t need a technical background, just an interest in how AI is changing roles, workflows, and the skills employers are looking for.

What you’ll explore:

  • How organisations are rapidly building and testing GenAI and agent‑based solutions
  • How “frontier users” are using AI agents to automate parts of their own roles
  • How Microsoft Copilot 365 is used across teams and enterprises
  • The data, security, and governance considerations that come with AI at scale

By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer picture of how AI is really used in industry, where the opportunities and risks are, and how understanding agentic AI can give you an edge in the job market.
