Join us for an interactive in-person workshop designed to help you explore how your cultural background can be a powerful source of resilience. Through storytelling, mindfulness, and group activities, you’ll connect with peers, reflect on your unique strengths, and learn inclusive strategies to support your wellbeing at university.
