Printing Facilities on Campus

Printing Facilities on Campus

To use the printing and photocopying facilities on-campus, you must use your Student ID card by loading sufficient printing credit onto it.

Using your Student ID card for print and copy

You must use your Student ID card to pay for printing and copying services. The first time you use a new card the system will ask you to enter a four digit PIN (follow the menu prompts to do this on the device).

Each multifunction printer has a Card Reader terminal. Swipe your Student ID card over the ‘Card’ symbol (left side of large devices) or black card reader box (on smaller devices) where it is written "Swipe Card Here" and enter your PIN to continue.

The Terminal Quick Reference User Guide can be downloaded under "Downloads" section of this page.

Web printing (Wireless Printing)

Web printing is available on eLabs and Library printers across all three campuses. With the implementation of web printing, students can now upload Microsoft Word, Excel. Powerpoint and PDF documents directly from their personal laptops connecting via the ECU wireless network.
