Stress Better

This one-hour interactive workshop will:

  • Help you to understand what stress is and the impact it can have on your emotions, thoughts, and behaviours
  • Highlight and work through strategies to effectively manage stress
  • Assist you in building your own unique stress toolkit to use in your studies and beyond
  • Provide information on ECU support services and resources to assist you in reaching your potential
