The ECU Employee Assistance Program intent is short term psychological assistance. If you determine a longer term solution is required your doctor maybe able to provide a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan that enables a patient to access mental health care services so it becomes much more affordable to see, for example, a psychologist for 6 to 10 sessions.
