Be proactive about your health and wellbeing. Take part in ECU's Live Life Longer wellness program.

Self-care is not selfish it's essential to be able to help others. Let’s help each other enjoy every moment of life.

Wellbeing during COVID-19

While the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, it is important to prioritise your emotional and physical health and wellbeing as well as your family's. The analogy of putting on your own oxygen mask first is a good one, as you can only take care of others if you are well yourself.

We've consolidated some tips for physical and mental wellbeing.

Become a wellness 'Legend'

Sign up now to the wellness portal and become a Live Life Longer ‘Legend’ wellness champion. You will:

  • learn more about your health with the online wellness assessment
  • receive monthly eHealthBytes (wellness emails), featuring handy health tips
  • get motivated with online lifestyle programs
  • search the medical encyclopedia for accurate, trustworthy information
  • have fun with recipes, quizzes, and polls

What's on?

ECU's staff health and wellness program, Live Life Longer, has a wide range of physical, nutritional, mental and social wellness activities.

All on-campus activities have been cancelled in line with social distancing recommendations and will be reviewed semester 2, 2020..
There is a range of online programs, webinars and zoom online sessions available check out 'what's on'
