Planning your career

At ECU we are committed to helping our staff reach their potential. We encourage you to seek opportunities to develop your career, either within the University or beyond.

Talk to your line manager about where you're at and where you want to go next. They can help you decide whether you are ready to make a career move and what might be the best path to follow.

Your annual MPS discussion is a good place to start, but you should approach your line manager at any time to talk about your progress and career aspirations.
