Gender equality in the workplace

ECU is required to report annually to Federal Government on its policies and strategies that promote gender equality.  The report also includes a workplace profile showing staff by level and gender.

This is a requirement of the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012.

The 2024 report contains a snapshot of the number of staff employed by the university on 31 March 2024. The documents that constitute the 2024 report and are available as downloads, include:

  • Questionnaire
  • Workforce Management Statistics
  • Workplace Profile
