Payroll Services

The Payroll Services team is responsible for accurate and timely delivery of payroll and related services to University employees. The team ensures adherence to relevant policies, procedures and legislation.

The team is also responsible for the administration, development and support of HR systems.

Key responsibilities:

  • payment of salaries and superannuation;
  • provide advice and support to staff in relation to payroll, superannuation and leave entitlements;
  • support and assistance for Staff Kiosk functionality;
  • HR system administration for Ascender Pay, Staff Kiosk, HROnboard, Orgcharts, Hire Road (Staff Recruitment);
  • Troubleshooting for HR system issues; and
  • Requests for operational HR reporting and staffing data.
