Support and advice

There is a range of IT support available to you including the IT Service Desk, eLab staff and these IT services pages.

Services include password resets, ECU network issues, support with personal devices and many other services that support your study at ECU.

The IT Service Desk can help with all your ECU related technology questions and log any IT issues.

To assist you as quick as possible, please have your Student ID on hand.
