Our staff induction has been developed to ensure your new starter’s transition in to their new position here at ECU is a smooth and effective process. Our induction serves to welcome new appointees, deliver critical information about the organisation, and to clarify any expectations for the position from both yourself and your new starter.

It’s important we induct a new starter as early into their employment as possible. Addressing a new appointee’s expectations at this early stage will have great benefits such as an increase in staff morale and commitment to the organisation; reduced turnover; the fostering of positive attitudes; a reduction of new starter anxiety; and early achievement in productivity and job proficiency.
