Statutory Compliance Register

The University's Integrated Risk Management Framework is used to align compliance risk management to the University's strategic objectives.  The greatest compliance risk faced by the University is potential legal and regulatory non-compliance.  To address this risk, legislation impacting the University is monitored and risk rated using a Statutory Compliance Register, which is maintained by the Manager, Legal and Integrity.

If there is an incident, event or circumstance and you are concerned that ECU has breached or could potentially breach (if intervening steps are not taken), a statutory obligation either directly or through ECU’s involvement with a third party, please complete the below form:
