About

The Marketing and Communications Services Centre works to enhance ECU’s reputation and brand by managing our key communication channels. Responsibilities include:

  • brand development and management;
  • advertising, promotions and sponsorships;
  • public relations and internal communications;
  • corporate events;
  • online marketing, web content and design; and
  • student recruitment.

Our services

The Marketing and Communications Services Centre provides a range of services to ECU management, staff, current and prospective students and the wider community:

  • advertising, promotional activities and sponsorships;
  • online marketing and social media advice;
  • printing, copying and graphic design;
  • corporate events;
  • public and media relations; and
  • corporate style guides and policies.

If you're planning communication activities on behalf of ECU, there are policies and guidelines you should consult. These include:
