The purpose of this Handover, Transition & Monitor is to ensure the PI initiative closure will be handled adequately.

Handover Report and Sign Off
The Handover Report will include Process Overview, Process Stakeholders and role, Training, Ongoing Maintenance, SLA’s, KPI’s, Escalation, Business Feedback, Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Technical Specifications, Process Maps, UAT documents and sign off.
Post Implementation Review and Sign Off
The Post Implementation Review (PIR) Report will include Project accomplishments and shortcomings; Closure of the project effort, Results, Benefits Realised, Client satisfaction and feedback; Lessons learned; How to improve on shortcomings and lessons learned; and Sign off.
