The Strategy and Performance Unit produces a range of reports on the performance of the University and these are provided to ECU’s senior executive, ECU’s Council and its committees and to a number of external bodies. These reports include:
ECU’s key performance indicators (KPIs) are set down in the ECU Strategic Plan, 2017-2021 World Ready and provide a means of measuring achievement against the strategic goals and their targets.
A report on performance against the Strategic Plan KPIs is provided to Council each year.
A sub-set of the Strategic Plan KPIs are also reported in the ECU Annual Report. This report is audited by the WA Office of the Auditor General and the Annual Report is tabled in the WA Parliament.
The Strategy and Performance Unit monitors and collates information from across the University on progress against a range of University plans and strategies. Reports include:

The Strategy and Performance Unit manages the preparation and submission of the Annual Report to the Western Australian Parliament each calendar year. The Annual Report is the University’s key statutory report and an official record of ECU’s operations, statistical profile, financial and performance indicator performance, and disclosures and compliances.
