Our Strategic Plan 2026–2031, Connecting to make a difference, sets a clear and confident direction for the future. It builds on our strengths as a university known for opportunity, inclusion and real-world impact, and outlines how we will go further by working together in new and more connected ways. The Plan is shaped by seven bold strategic goals that will drive our focus on educational innovation, impactful research, strong partnerships and a thriving, inclusive University community.
Several whole-of-University supporting plans (linked below) provide a bridge between the ECU Strategic Plan 2022-2026 and ECU’s annual operating plans. The supporting plans provide a coordinated approach to achieve a broad range of objectives for relevant Strategic Priorities from the Strategic Plan. Progress against each supporting plan will be reviewed annually, with adjustments incorporated where necessary.
