The SIS includes information on the proposed partner, rationale behind the choice of partner, status of proposed partner, program information and alignment with the university’s strategic goals.
Due Diligence
Due diligence determines partner suitability and ensures minimal financial and reputational risk to ECU. This assessment seeks to determine the prospective partners reputation and standing, financial position, facilities, licenses, Quality Management Systems, experience in TNE delivery and identifies any material risks to ECU.
Business Case
The business case captures the reasoning and justification for the proposed partnership and the academic and commercial benefit to the University. The business case is prepared in conjunction with the prospective partner and seeks to identify student demand, marketing and pricing strategies, competitor analysis and partner resources.
Capacity Checklist and Agreements
Outlines what will be required for effective delivery of the program and ensures students will have appropriate access to ECU systems (Canvas, Library, ICT).
Joint Management Committee and Contract Performance Review
Assess performance of the partner against contractual obligations, student outcomes and quality of student experience.
The Teach Out Process outlines ECU's and the partner's obligations after a program(s) ceases to be offered or the agreement is not renewed or terminated.
