Transnational Programs

Transnational arrangements are collaborative agreements whereby ECU courses and/or units are offered as an ECU award at an offshore educational institution.

The Transnational Education (TNE) team within the International Portfolio leads the development of new partner relations; and works with relevant key stakeholders both internal and external in all aspects of partner negotiation for TNE delivery, including initial due diligence, contract development, process improvement and risk management activities.

The TNE team aims to grow and support ECU's TNE load in a sustainable manner whilst supporting School TNE activities.  This includes partner engagement, compliance, strategy and oversight, developing related business proposals for further activity, detailed reporting on TNE partnerships and ensuring the efficient running of projects throughout the student lifecycle, as well as undertaking ongoing quality assurance and regulatory management of TNE partners and all programs.

Operational service support for offshore programs is provided by the Student Life and Student Administration Directories.
