Access to Sales Cloud is granted to staff who have direct responsibility for creating and managing leads and opportunities or are responsible for the management and support of the Sales Cloud technologies and implementation.
Access to Service Cloud is granted to staff who have a direct responsibility for providing support to Staff, Students, Alumni, Agents and Industry contacts or are responsible for the management and support of the Service Cloud technologies and implementation.
Access to Sales and Service Cloud can be requested through the DCS Service Catalog under Application Access.
Access to Marketing Cloud is restricted to staff who have direct responsibility for creating and publishing bulk communications, cross-channel reporting or are responsible for the management and support of the Marketing Cloud technologies and implementation. Generally speaking this limits access to staff within Brand and Marketing, Business Growth and Development and Student Administration.
There are three categories of access to the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform:
Access to the Marketing Cloud platform can be requested by submitting a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Access Request Form.
Access to Community Cloud is restricted to staff who are responsible for its administration.
