Technical support

Issues such as the application is not responding, you are unable to access the application, or the application is presenting error messages should be directed to the IT Service Desk as soon as possible, via email: itservicedesk@ecu.edu.au or telephone: (08) 6304 6000 or extension 6000.

Specialist support

Specialist support is provided for the various applications within Salesforce. This support includes assistance using the application, questions about functionality or if you are experiencing errors when carrying out a specific action.

The Business Support Team provide specialist support for the following applications:

  • Sales Cloud
  • Service Cloud
  • Marketing Cloud
  • Experience Cloud
