HP Content Manager (HPCM)

HP Records Manager (HPRM) is ECU’s official record keeping system. With the latest upgrade undertaken in December 2018, it is now called HP Content Manager HPCM & is previously known as TRIM. As such you will see reference to these acronyms, which is one & the same - ECU's record keeping system.

HPCM is used by many other Universities as well as State and Federal Government agencies throughout Australia and overseas.

To support HPCM users, we have some instructional guides that assist in conducting specific system functions. Please note we are happy to remote in to assist if you encounter any issues. Please contact us on imas@ecu.edu.au

Working from home with HP Content Manager

Below are a selection of instructional videos designed to help you access and use HP Content Manager remotely. Also included is a brief introduction to the HP Content Manager Web Client, which you may need to use in place of the Desktop client if you're using an Apple computer or Non-ECU device from home.
