Campaign Governance Framework

What is the criteria for a Salesforce Campaign, and why should we implement one?

Salesforce "campaign" definition: Salesforce campaigns are an effective way to group together specific marketing activities and customer interactions to support the University's programs and initiatives and enable business insights into customer life cycles and campaign effectiveness on reaching goals.

Salesforce "journey" definition: A customer journey built in Salesforce enables the automation of customer engagement. By using data, we can encourage engagement through a personalised series of communications across multiple channels.

What is the process to set up a campaign?

  1. Contact us using the email address below
  2. BG&D will reply and send a link to the Campaigns Enquiry Form
  3. Once the form is submitted, BG&D will contact you to arrange a meeting to discuss requirements
  4. A formal campaign submission brief will be completed
  5. Campaign submissions will be reviewed, approved and submitted to the Campaign Governance Committee
  6. The Committee will evaluate, approve and prioritise the accepted campaigns
  7. Agreed campaigns will be scoped further and scheduled for build in association with relevant teams.
