About
ECU's Business Growth and Development (BG&D) directorate provides support to current and prospective students.
This includes a centralised Communications Centre (located in building 34 on the Joondalup Campus) for multi-channel inbound and outbound communications, and the Future Students team who organise a variety of events to boost engagement and facilitate student recruitment.
BG&D also incorporates a Customer Strategy and Planning function, which is responsible for driving a customer-centric approach within the University.
Our services
Along with supporting prospective and current students, Business Growth and Development offers a range of support services to other Service Centres, Schools and staff.
Our goal is to support ECU's Strategic Plan through providing market research and analytics to individual areas as a means of driving student engagement and facilitating consistent growth.
