Technical support

Technical issues should be directed to the IT Service Desk.

This can be for issues such as:

  • RAS is not responding,
  • you are unable to access RAS,
  • or RAS is presenting error messages.

You should lodge an enquiry with the IT Service Desk as soon as possible, via email: itservicedesk@ecu.edu.au or telephone: (08) 6304 6000 or extension 6000

So that we can assist you efficiently, please provide screenshots of the error (if applicable) and a detailed description of what you were doing when the issue occurred. For more information visit the ITSC Support and Advice webpage.

Application support

Research Services' Research Administration Officers can offer assistance with using RAS, as well as offering advice on the associated processes.

Alternatively, the Research Performance Information Officer can offer guidance with using RAS. Please email ras@ecu.edu.au.
