RAS is accessible by Staff through the ECU Portal. This access will allow you to enter your research outputs and view your own publications as well as those of other researchers.
If you wish to access RAS from off-campus you will need to be connected to ECU’s Virtual Private Network (VPN). Installation guides can be downloaded from the IT Service Centre, Virtual Private Network (VPN) webpage.

External researchers will need to contact their Research Administration Officer (RAO) to arrange for someone to enter their outputs on their behalf. RAO contact details can be found on the 'Support' webpage.
You can access the Research Activity System from the Staff Portal.
Log in to the Staff Portal, and then navigate to the ‘Easy Logins’ menu of the left-hand side of the screen. Selecting ‘Research Activity System’ from the menu will take you to the RAS homepage.
If you are unable to see the ‘Research Activity System’ link in the ‘Easy Logins’ menu, then you will need to click the ‘customise’ button pencil icon) and tick the box next to ‘Research Activity System’ before accessing the system.
