Access to the Marks Recording System is restricted to Unit Coordinators, Heads of School and Program Directors.
The Unit Coordinator (UC) will be the only staff member which can submit marks for a unit. If the UC changes or is unable to upload the marks/grades themselves, a unit coordinator change proposal must be submitted via CAPS to change the UC. Business Support does NOT change UCs on an ad hoc basis.
The Head of School and Program Directors are managed through Course and Unit Offering System (CUOS). Requests to add a Program Director must come from the Head of School and should be addressed to the SSC, Business Support Team by email business.support@ecu.edu.au
The Marks Recording System (MRS) is accessible for the ECU Staff Portal under the Easy Logins.
