Book an appointment

We are open for both on-campus and virtual appointments! Video, audio and screen-sharing is available through online platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom.

To book an appointment, follow these steps:

  1. Visit our SOAR Peer Adviser profiles to see their skills and normal day available.
  2. When you have selected a Peer Adviser, book an appointment using the form below for that day or make your booking based on your preferred date.
  3. You will receive an email acknowledging your booking request. This email is not a confirmation of your booking.
  4. A Peer Adviser will contact you as soon as possible to confirm your appointment arrangements.

The SOAR Centres

You can book a face to face appointment with a Peer Adviser at the Joondalup or City campuses, or an online appointment  via MS Teams, email or phone at (61 8) 6304 5751.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality is always maintained in the SOAR Centre as per ECU’s Code of Conduct. Where appropriate, and for enquiries outside of their expertise, SOAR Peers Advisers may consult with other staff at ECU, such as School Consultants, Research Advisers, or Writing Advisers to ensure you are provided with consistent and accurate advice.
