Technical support

Issues such as the application is not responding, you are unable to access the application, or the application is presenting error messages should be directed to the IT Service Desk as soon as possible, via email: itservicedesk@ecu.edu.au or telephone: (8) 6304 6000 or extension 6000

Technical support

Technical issues should be directed to the IT Service Desk.

This can be for issues such as:

  • REMS is not responding;
  • you are unable to access REMS; or
  • REMS is presenting error messages.

You should lodge an enquiry with the IT Service Desk as soon as possible:
