University Mental Health Day is today, and it is a time to stop and consider how we are all taking care of our mental health needs.

Maintaining good mental health can help you get the most out of your studies and put you on the path to academic success.

Studying at university can sometimes be a stressful and overwhelming experience, so it's important to prioritise self-care practices such as regular exercise, healthy eating, and sufficient sleep to manage stress and promote positive mental health.

Introduction to Psychological Counselling Support

Timed to occur on University Mental Health Day, this workshop provides information about Psychological Counselling Support, a free on-campus service to assist you in addressing your psychological wellbeing.
