Our Services
The Finance and Business Services Centre provides leadership in ECU financial matters and a range of services that deliver sound financial management, effective governance and financial integrity to support ECU's strategic objectives.
Our services support ECU's commercial activities and pricing, strategic funding and fee setting, procurement and accounts payable, taxation and treasury functions, statutory reporting and fixed assets, overseeing ECU's credit cards, travel and financial systems.
The Centre also provides support to Schools and Centres relating to compliance, data analysis, research services and manages ECU's annual budget process, forecasting and allocation of income.
Forms, Templates and Procedures
The Finance and Business Services Centre oversees a vast number of financial management processes and systems. These involve forms, located in the Finance Forms Kiosk, standard templates and documented procedures.
