UniLodge appointed to manage ECU student accommodation

I am pleased to advise that ECU has appointed UniLodge as the new operator of the University's on-campus student accommodation.
Following a competitive procurement process, UniLodge was selected as the provider best placed to support ECU's commitment to delivering a high-quality residential experience.
UniLodge is a specialist provider of purpose-built student accommodation with almost 30 years of experience operating university residences across Australia and New Zealand. The organisation partners with many leading universities and manages more than 45,000 student accommodation places across its portfolio.
Under the new arrangement, UniLodge will be responsible for the day-to-day management of ECU's student accommodation, including resident services, community engagement programs, wellbeing initiatives and operational management.
The transition from Campus Living Villages (CLV) to UniLodge will be carefully managed to minimise disruption for current residents and ensure continuity of services. Our priority throughout this process is to maintain a safe, inclusive and supportive living environment.
ECU will continue to work closely with UniLodge to ensure accommodation services align with the University's values and our commitment to delivering an outstanding student experience.
Details on how current residents can express their interest in accommodation for 2027 will be sent later today.
During this period, our ECU Housing Advice Officer is also available to support students if they need assistance in transitioning accommodation locations or providers and appointments can be booked via the link on the webpage.
