DevelopmentWA has released its draft Master Plan for the ECU Mount Lawley redevelopment and is inviting community feedback.

With ECU relocating to the City Campus and Joondalup Campus from semester one, 2026, DevelopmentWA is leading the redevelopment of the Mount Lawley campus – which will commence after ECU has left the site and all teaching has concluded there.

Community feedback gathered through engagement activities, including input from a Community Reference Group, has helped to shape the draft Master Plan. The plan responds to calls to honour the site’s history, support a mix of uses and strengthen its contribution to the surrounding community.

It prioritises tree retention, respects local character, supports community connection and promotes thoughtful, high-quality design throughout. DevelopmentWA has created a video that outlines the Master Plan’s vision and its development.

DevelopmentWA is inviting feedback until 3 August 2025. You can attend one of the upcoming community drop-in info sessions:

  1. Saturday 19 July, between 10:00am and 12:30 pm at the Inglewood Bowling and Sporting Club
  2. Monday 28 July, between 5:00pm and 7:30pm at the North Perth Town Hall

No registration is required.

Or, you can share your feedback online before 3 August 2025.
