University can be exciting, challenging, stressful, and everything in between. That’s why University Mental Health Day is such an important reminder to slow down and check in with yourself, even just for a moment.
Falling on Saturday 3 May 2025, it’s the perfect time to reflect on how you’re managing and explore the support and community around you. This year, ECU is hosting a range of activities to help you connect, recharge and prioritise your wellbeing.
It’s all about balance. Brains & Balance: Uni Life with a Smile is a light-hearted event with games, snacks, wellness freebies and a chance to learn more about what The Living Room has to offer.
Location: Behind Slice of Italy (Building 9)
Date: Monday 5 May

Students are invited to start the day with a free breakfast at The Living Room. There’ll be warm drinks, muffins, and space to relax, whether you come with friends or just need a moment to breathe.
