Explore the wellbeing courses at the WA Recovery College

The WA Recovery College offers a wide range of free courses to help with your wellbeing.

From thriving with ADHD, to getting better at saying 'no', to improving your planning skills or reconnecting to your inner child, there's a lot on offer.

We all know how important it is to take time out and focus on yourself, but heading off to workshops and courses can be expensive. The good news is this government backed initiative is completely free and their a diverse range of offerings.

A quick glance across the different courses reveals 'Managing Emotions: To Thrive Not Just Survive', 'Making Magic Through Planning' , 'Eat Healthy on a Budget',  'Visual Journaling' and  "Procrastinate No More'.

The college's current program has over 40 courses on offer, so there's definitely something for everyone. The program is delivered by people from all different walks of life who share their lived experience  in their specialist areas.

The courses are run online and in person. In the metro area locations include Belmont, Joondalup, Northbridge and Rockingham. There is also regional delivery in Bunbury, Esperance, Northam and Kalgoorlie.
