Ramadan is observed for one lunar cycle.
Today as the Muslim Holy Month of Ramadan commences we extend our very best wishes to the ECU Muslim community.
We at ECU are privileged to have in our community the benefit of many religions and cultures that come together in a relationship of togetherness and friendship. Our strength is the richness of diversity in our ECU community.
Ramadan is a time of fasting, prayer and reflection for Muslims, a time to cherish family and to show compassion to those less fortunate. Many people in our International student community are celebrating Ramadan far away from their families, and ECU support services are here to help all students.
May the month of Ramadan be of one peace and happiness for Muslims at Edith Cowan University.
