We are deeply saddened by the recent earthquakes in Turkiye and Syria. The widespread destruction is profound in what is one of the worst natural disasters the world has seen in many years.
On behalf of the University, I would like to extend our most sincere condolences to those in our ECU community who have friends, colleagues and family that may have been affected by this disaster.
Our inclusive community here at ECU is one of care and support, and we stand in solidarity with our students, staff, friends and colleagues both here and in Turkiye and Syria.
For staff and students impacted by these events, please reach out for support:
In these difficult times, our ECU community more than ever, stand together to support those affected by this tragedy.
