Dream Big aim to empower women to dream and succeed in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics careers.
The Stream Ahead program enhances the futures of participants by developing confidence and capability to succeed in the workplace.
Created by recognised executive leaders and subject matter experts, the program enables you to differentiate in today’s highly competitive employment market.
Over the 10 week learning experience, they connect you with industry mentors and employers, providing the unique experience of accelerating your employment potential and ability to build valuable industry networks, so you're ready to launch your STEAM career.
Over the course of the program many different topics are covered including identifying your goals and values, resume advice, speaking with confidence, building professional networks, decision making, teamwork and tackling adversity.
The program is open to female and non-binary university students completing a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics degree or a dual degree with Arts in second year or above.
The program runs from 6 March - 19 May 2023, and applications close on Friday 24 February 2023.
