Canvas Reading List site improvements

Reading List sites in Canvas have been updated with improved look and feel and better functionality, to improve the experience for all users.
Please be aware that one of your key teaching tool templates has had an upgrade.
From 8 July, Reading List sites in Canvas appear fresh and modern with ECU’s latest branding applied.
And, some tweaks have been performed to the layout to better suit user needs.
Now, at a glance:
- a fuller citation is clear without clicking or hovering
- citation provided, title, thumbnail and hyperlink have been grouped for easier navigation
- the left aligned layout mirrors eye-path identified in user-testing
- new: FAQ help list to help students navigate their Reading List
Important note
There's something to look out for:
Once you've activated each reading list, be on the lookout for this green bookmark.
This SHOULD appear automatically, however there may be cases where it doesn't.
If this green bookmark is NOT there, the Reading List will be HIDDEN from students.
